Can I Upload My Own Plugins or Themes?

To keep your experience simple, stable, and scalable, we don’t allow direct plugin or theme uploads by users.

This isn’t a restriction... it’s a core benefit of the platform.

We’ve carefully pre-configured everything to run fast and reliably, with built-in tools that work out of the box (including SEO, security, and advanced AI features). No tech headaches, no plugin conflicts, and no maintenance stress.

Behind the scenes, it takes a lot of time and energy to maintain this system across thousands of sites. That’s why we keep things tightly controlled—and why your site just works without you needing to manage plugins or updates yourself.

Custom Plugin or Theme Installation (If Approved)

In rare cases, we may approve and install a custom plugin or theme manually under these conditions:

Flat fee: $67 per plugin or theme

Covers all sites under your account (same plugin/theme only)

Requirements for Approval

We only accept plugins or themes that meet all of the following:

  • Well-coded and from a reputable vendor
  • Fully supports automatic updates via WordPress
  • Must not conflict with our existing tools or setup
  • Must not require manual setup beyond basic activation
  • Must be properly licensed (no nulled or black-hat downloads)
  • We do not provide support for customizing your site's layout or configuring the theme after it is installed

We Cannot Approve Plugins or Themes That:

  • Are outdated or lack automatic updates
  • Come from suspicious or unauthorized sources
  • Are bloated or introduce major performance overhead
  • Duplicate features we already provide
  • Require ongoing support or hand-holding to use

How to Request a Custom Plugin/Theme:

Send us:

  • A link to the official plugin/theme source or ZIP file
  • A brief description of what it does
  • Confirmation that it’s properly licensed and supports automatic updates

We will review the code and let you know if we approve it.

How Do I Pay for a Custom Plugin or Theme Installation?

If your plugin or theme is approved, we’ll send you a secure payment link before starting the installation.

  • We accept payment via Stripe or PayPal

  • Once payment is received, installation is typically completed within 24–48 hours

  • We’ll confirm via the support desk when the process is complete

Please note: all custom work must be paid upfront. No work will be done before payment is received.
